About a year and a half (!) of my recipes are not linked to this page yet. If you are looking for a specific thing, the easiest thing may be to use the “search” to the right of the page. If there is something you are using often and would like me to link up more quickly, please drop me a line and I will set it up. Thank you for your patience while I get everything up and running!

Hi Angela,
I’ve looked throughout your website for The Ultimate Gluten and Dairy Free Lemon Layer Cake recipe. However, I’m not able to locate.
I’ve just purchased the 2009 Everyday Dinner Solutions tonite, looks great!!
Thanks,
Sandy
PS. Just reading your bio, I spent some time in Minnetonka and attended Hopkins High School in mid 80’s. I have great memories there.
I am glad the E-book looks good for you! I do not have the cake part of the recipe up at this time. I will be teaching a cake class this spring and will have the packet up afterwards, so you can look for it then.
The filling and frosting are the same as the “Ultimate Lemon Layer Cake” from the magazine (click on the link in the entry and you will go right to the original recipe), just altered to be dairy free as well using Earth Balance. Hope that helps!
Hi Angela, I took your class at Lakewinds last week and thought you were amazing!
Wondered what recipes you would recommend for gameday?
Thanks,
Sally Shepherd
