Hi Angela

Where do i find "Mommy's gluten free bread" recipe. My son is extremely picky. The bread in you lunchbox idea photo's looks like "normal" bread and i am sure he would like to try it. Kindly also advise if you bake it in the oven or in a bread maker. :)

Hi Angela--I am trying this recipe and am really really having trouble with the stickiness, it's sticking to everything! I tried putting it in the frige for a while, I tried adding more flour (1/4 c maybe?) and it's worse...any suggestions? What did I do wrong?
Thanks,
Lisa

I make a crock pot version of this that is quite similar. It is such a filling, warming and homey soup. Thanks for sharing it. I host Crock Pot Wednesday at Dining With Debbie and would love for you to join me there sometime. Have a great weekend.

This sounds really good. I have a ton of squash to use. Thank you for sharing. If you use pumpkin puree verses tomato paste does it change the soup at all flavor wise? Have a great week.

I have not frozen them as my family eats them up too quickly! I hope to get some made up next week (when everyone is out of the house!) for the upcoming holidays and freeze them. I plan on putting wax paper or parchment between the layers, wrapping in plastic wrap, then sealing in a zip closed freezer bag (removing all air possible before sealing). I would let them thaw before opening the package. Hope that helps!

Love your freezer technique, Angela! I have a feeling that as my daugher (and future potential kiddies) get older, I'll be putting your tips to greater and greater use!

Cheers, Pete
