Menu Plan Monday

We are back from our southwest trip!  Just flew in today to 6 degree temperatures.  Uhg!  Tough to come back to after 56 degrees, but, it’s good to be home even in the chilly weather.  I will be missing my in-laws, though.  I wish you guys lived closer to us!!

When I made this week’s shopping list, I realized that I have chilies, ginger and garlic, garlic, garlic.  I must be trying to warm up!

Recipes will be posted daily (I am so together this week – whoo-hoo!), so come on back and check it out.  Head over to Laura’s site for Menu Plan Monday to see some other great menu plans.
