Hi, Im curious, the Sweat and Sour chicken recipe has no fluid listed in the ingredients. Only the juice from the pineapple chunks. Is this right, or is something missing?
Yep, you are correct. The only juice needed is from the pineapple and the bit from the soy sauce. The chicken will also give off liquid as it cooks.
Hope this works well for you! 🙂
